Reflection of 3D and Spatial Design

It was eye-opening to work in 3D considering the lack of knowledge and experience I have in this specialism. Working very hands-on and with 3D materials was interesting but I found I lacked creativity in creating the small sculptures. I am not satisfied with any of the work I created, apart from a few of the drawings and on reflection, I should've taken pictures with the final outcome or headwear on a person to enable better understanding and projection of my idea. Ideally, the white spiral would wrap around the ear and the buttons would hang off- intertwined with the hair. The way in which design is prompted feels very unnatural to the usual way I work but I feel like I learnt a lot from working with materials which I have never used before and I am excited to see how the next few weeks go.
